I found this when I goggled Ministry of Truth. On wikpedia site it says the following...
The Ministry of Truth (or Minitrue, in Newspeak) is one of the four ministries that govern Oceania in George Orwell's novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. As with the other Ministries in the novel, the Ministry of Truth actually does the opposite of what its name implies, being responsible for the falsification of historical events; and yet is aptly named in a deeper sense, in that it created/manufactured "truth" in the newspeak sense of the word.
The Ministry of Truth is involved with news, entertainment and the fine arts. Its purpose is to rewrite history and change the facts to fit party doctrine, for propaganda effect. I've googled the sexy detective, and found the following site:

Couldn't find any strange things. Apparently they're just a group making short films, sketches and such.
I couldn't find anything on imdb though. (this doesn't have to be a big point).
Also, I did a quick imdb/google search for 'Right Foot Down Productions' : nothing.
Note that the RFD logo is a mirroring image, just like the Illuminati logo. (don't know what that's called).
Then I checked the source code for the Sexy detective site.
There was an ad for Mud Films(www.mudfilms.com).
On that page you see a hairy halloween head. Behind it is a picture of, presumably, the moon.
I did a quick search on these things.
Maybe someone else finds something?
Or is it another red herring?

Looks like you've done some great searching, but I find it all a little too far fetched. Sean et al. are from Hoodlum right? Isn't it just a company that makes websites and ARGs? Tracey probably just put herself into this game (ie Tracey R). These guys also made this Ministry of Truth site right? So it seems a little far to link one of their other projects name with events in the novel 1984 and then say it has something to do with this game.
Ive been wondering for hours how theres a connection to the ARG, honestly i dont even think about Hoodlum being a part of all of this,
I think we expect a little too much sometimes concerning this Game, even if i repeat myself but im gonna state again (even if i get hated on again), the clues are going to be not as hard as a lotta people seem to think, of course we get additional side info on topics that might be connected to the Game and we can very well suck up this info and use it to understand LOST even more, but that doesnt neccesarily mean that the info is going to be very relevant to the solution of the Game Puzzles. Im not saying we dont need the info, i LOVE additional info as a matter of fact, but im just very careful with interpretating too much into it without further proof that its worth investigating on.
