Secret Woman in Diary
Ok after a bit of chatting on the forum and discussion some believe that the hidden woman in Sam's 3rd video diary is the blonde woman from Flyoceanicair.com. Now i however do not think so, the hair looks different and so does the face. I know hair can change, but the mystery woman has very little forehead showing, whereas the oceanic woman has the majority of her forehead showing. I have also put a picture in of Sam's misses. I dont think Sonja is the woman either. Maybe another new character like Talbot was in the first diary.

I think you're right about the mystery woman NOT being the same as the Oceanic woman.. you can tell by the eyes.. The mystery womans eyes are more 'slanted' compared to the Oceanic woman
There are more than one flight attandants faces, see the billboards.
Look at the backround it's definitely from one of the billboards.

But it doesn't look like a Oceanic uniform to me...looks like she's wearing a turtleneck. Maybe it's Tracey?
It actually looks like Juliet but I doubt she'd be on this game.

Looks abit like Courtney Thorne-Smith who played Georgia in Ally McBeal. Dont think it's her thou.
i think a mix of faces with Sonya's forehead and possibly her eyes. Cheekbones look like they belong to someone else
Um, it's the woman from the lost billboards that got vandalized, not the blonde woman.

At first, I also thought it was one of the girls from the Oceanic ad. But now I think maybe you're right, it's not. My vote's for Penny. Does kind of look like her. And since a glimpse of Talbot was in that other video diary, does kind of make sense that Penny might be in this video diary ... then in Find 815 next week or the week after! Appears Widmore Industries has chartered this boat, so very possible that Penny is on it.
Since the Domain widmoreindustries.com seems to be part of the 4815162342.com forum id say its highly unlikely that its really connected unless the game makers started to join up with the webmasters to use their webspace for game tie-ins.

BTW, id say the distortions contains of several people [of course], but the one that delivers the main facial structure is most likely the Brunette F.A., i made a little animation too but it turned out rather big(600 sum KB) but you can check it out if you want to:

Now with the animation, definetely it's not the brunette.
