Chapter 2 reached an end, and it seems Sam is a bit disappointed with his little trip...
UPDATE: Here's a quick transcript of the video, thx to Spencer
Ughh...
I think I have made a big mistake.
At the moment, we're about 300 km off the Indonesian coast, in an area called the Sunda Trench, deep waters around 7000 meters in some parts.
And sure enough, the Christiane I's mission is to search for a sunken slave trading ship called the 'Black Rock' that disappeared in 1881 while it was returning from a gold mining expedition around Papua New Guinea.
And all that's real exciting but, what's it have to do with 815?
I'm starting to wonder what the hell I’m doing here.
I thought following this lead will give me something to do, besides sit around and think, but sailing up and down over miles and miles of ocean, looking for a needle in a haystack 7000 meters deep unfortunately gives you nothing but time to think.
And what else makes me wonder if this is all worth it is I received another email.
This Maxwell group... I don't know what to make of it... just incomprehensible numbers.
Can't make any sense of it, no matter how long I stare at it.
Maybe I just... read too much into the first email...
It's just somebody having a laugh... They saw me off the TV... well, some joke, I think i'll just get off at the next port.
No, there's nothing to find out here.

have to say im with sam..this game is getting disappointing...too little goin on..
well I think this pretty much tells us its going to pick up big time for chapter 3
There's some glitches going on with the video, and I'm pretty sure in one I saw the Oceanic Air ad. I hope someone has a better eye and can take screenshots of the glitches.
hate to admit it but id have to agree with modern man. were nearly half way through and hardly anything has happened.
i never understand Lost fans who get so frustrated by having little in terms of answers. Mystery is what makes the show! Giving all the answers we "want" would just make us lose interest. I think we need to settle down in terms of what has happened in the Fin815. It's a five week game...how much did you think would occur?
I have to agree with blandestk. I think a large portion of the frustration stems from the understandable but unjustified comparisons being made to TLE. I think that when left to stand alone and be judged on it's own merits, find 816 stands up well as an interesting, fun and ultimately I think (and hope) highly informative piece of fiction. Yes, less is happening and less has been revealed than in TLE but I don't think thats a bad thing. For me find815 has served its purpose (to fill the void and lead into Season 4) quite well.
I cant complain either, I had a Lost jones so bad I went out and got "Bad Twin"!! I'll take what ever LOST bone they throw my way!
Namaste.
When Sam talks about Christiane I mission to to search for a sunken slave trading ship called the 'Black Rock'I heard it disappeared in "1991" insted of 1881. I´ve heard it a dozen times and I stil think he says 1991....

Hang in there, Sam!
Poor Sam. Something tells me that something big is about to happen to make him not get off at the next port. Maybe they'll find a Cloverfield monster at the bottom of the Sundra Trench :)
