**UPDATED** The numbers on the bottle have been solved via converting the numbers to letters and then using a cipher to get "Camp Millar Bonus Clue".

if numbers corospond to letters they would be as follows (you also missed the 6 after the 8):

Maybe the SN could mean Serial Numbers?!
I think that these are the letters = numbers instead:
J S D D A E H E S U
W M D U K M F G T
It is pretty definitely 5 8 5, not 5 8 6
Also, if you reverse the top row of letters it starts out with USE HEAD DSJ

The number after 8 is 6 not 5. Look at the blown up picture above ... check the top of the number looks like it has a curve and not a flat line like a 5. It also compares more to the six below than the five to the left.
